Yeslam, le créateur

Artist, designer and businessman, Yeslam, is from a traditional oriental culture. A culture, in which fragrances have always occupied an important place, be it in the culinary field or that of personal well being. His childhood in Saudi Arabia and his student years in the Lebanon were informed by these fragrances. It was, in fact, when he was a student during this time that he promised himself he would one day create perfumes and other luxury merchandise in honour of the influences of his formative years.

Story

“The art of discreet hedonism”

Yeslam is a "créateur" who’s philosophical and aesthetic instincts are a direct result of his long exposure to the cultures of the Middle East, where he spent his youth and formative years. Having developed an ongoing appreciation of Occidental science and technology from an early age, this unusual artist successfully unites the age-old refinement of the Orient with modern European state-of-the-art expertise. Yeslam started by launching his first fragrances "Yeslam" For Him and For Her in 2005. This early success was swiftly followed by the opening of four "Yeslam" brand boutiques stocked with the finest leather goods, luxurious accessories, such as sun glasses, cufflinks, silk foulards and other precious items that are hard to resist for the cognoscenti who appreciate the very best, and understand the value of true luxury.

The finest and most sought after materials are used in the creation of all of the hand-crafted Yeslam branded products, including leather goods, fragrances and accessories, which convey that instant feel and appearance of a product of the very highest quality. The same fundamental desire to achieve the highest standards and attention to detail are applied to all of Yeslam’s luxurious merchandise. This high-end universe of hedonism was recently enhanced by the introduction of the Yeslam ‘Haute Horlogerie’ collection of Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s timepieces. This fashionable "must have" range of exclusive wrist watches clearly demonstrates the perfect fusion of Yeslams oriental styling with the great traditions of the Geneva watch masters and adds new meaning to such expressions as "alta moda" and “haute couture”.

Chronologically

• May 2005 : Launch of the First Perfume YESLAM for Her & Him.
• December 2005: Opening of the first boutique in the home city Geneva, Place de la Fusterie & launch of the whole collection: perfumes, leathergoods, sunglasses, cufflinks & scarves.
• February-March 2006: Opening of 3 company-owned stores in Saudi Arabia: Jeddah, Dammam & Riyadh.
• April 2006: Launch of the classical watch collection (4 models: Automatic Men, Quartz Men & Women, Diamonds Women).
• July 2006: Establishment of Yeslam’s watchmaking workshop in Geneva.
• September 2006: New products presentation in the flgshipstore in Geneva.
  Launch of the new perfume ‘Yeslam PASSION’.
  Launch of 2 new versions of the reference bag Riyadh1: in true crocodile and baranil, in limited edition.
  Launch of the Haute Horlogerie Collection: Tourbillon Volant ‘ARABIA’, Fly Back Chronograph.
• December 2006: Opening of the 4th company-owned store in Mekkah in the Abraj Al Beit shopping mall.
• Spring 2007: Opening of the 5th store in Teatro di Jeddah.
